We should not underestimate or overlook the power of the Lord’s tender mercies. The simpleness, the sweetness, and the constancy of the tender mercies of the Lord will do much to fortify and protect us in the troubled times in which we do now and will yet live. When words cannot provide the solace we need or express the joy we feel, when it is simply futile to attempt to explain that which is unexplainable, when logic and reason cannot yield adequate understanding about the injustices and inequities of life, when mortal experience and evaluation are insufficient to produce a desired outcome, and when it seems that perhaps we are so totally alone, truly we are blessed by the tender mercies of the Lord and made mighty even unto the power of deliverance (see 1 Ne. 1:20).

Table

Okay, so I hate our current table. It is the table we have used our whole marriage. It came out of my parent s storage room and we had to reattach the leg before we could use it. Then we have two chairs we got for our wedding. (Don't get me wrong the chairs were a very nice wedding present that we asked for. They have served us very well and we are very grateful for them.) We have another two different chairs that are similar but not the same as the first two and we have two folding black chairs. I know some people have all different chairs and it is a cool eclectic look but mine didn't look like that they just look junky. The big, chunky, farm house table we really want cost a pretty penny and we may never be able to afford it. So wanting my dinning room area to not be such an eye sore I conceived a plan and talked Shiloh into it.... our new project.... we bought an inexpensive but sturdy dinning room set off of ksl classifieds. We are going to refinish it and reupholster the seats. Hopefully it turns out as well as we have imagined.

The new table

The new chairs. Don't worry they all came with seats, I just took some of them off before I remembered to take pictures and don't ask me about Lizzy's clothes she is always changing her clothes and putting on the weirdest things.

That will look great! I love the square table. Can't wait to see the results.
